By purchasing and booking this 60-minute YouTube coaching session, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Hey Danie Jay LLC.

1. Coaching Session Details

  • This is a one-time, 60-minute Zoom coaching call designed to provide personalized feedback, content clarity, and strategic guidance for your YouTube channel.
  • This session does not include ongoing support, follow-up calls, or additional services beyond the scheduled session.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All coaching session payments are final and non-refundable due to the time and preparation required.
  • If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled session.
  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a forfeited session.
  • No-shows without prior email notice will also result in a forfeited session.

3. Recording & Confidentiality

  • The coaching session may be recorded for your personal reference, but you may not share, distribute, or publish the recording in any format (including but not limited to YouTube, social media, courses, or training programs).
  • Any materials, strategies, or insights shared during the session are for your personal use only and cannot be repurposed for commercial use.

4. Disclaimer

  • This coaching session provides strategic guidance and recommendations, but results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your execution, effort, and external factors beyond our control.
  • This session does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. It is strictly for educational and informational purposes related to YouTube growth.

5. Liability Waiver

  • By booking this session, you acknowledge that all decisions and actions taken as a result of this coaching are your responsibility.
  • You agree that Hey Danie Jay LLC is not liable for any business outcomes, lost revenue, or perceived success resulting from the coaching session.

6. Agreement

By completing your purchase and booking your session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms set forth by Hey Danie Jay LLC.
