Magnetic Course Academy: Founding Cohort Terms & Conditions

TERMS OF USE
 These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) are entered into between You (“Participant”) and Hey Danie Jay, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and govern your access to and participation in the Magnetic Course Academy: Founding Cohort and all associated bonuses and community access.

By enrolling, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies referenced herein.

1. COURSE INCLUSIONS & ACCESS
Your $997 enrollment includes:

  • 8 Weeks of Live Weekly Group Coaching (via Zoom; replays provided)

  • Lifetime access to Magnetic Course Academy (course creation curriculum)

  • Lifetime access to Magnetic Creator Academy (YouTube growth program)

  • 5 months of bi-monthly live coaching via the Creator Coaching Hub (must activate via separate link)

  • Access to the private Magnetic Creator Community Hub (via Kajabi)

2. PAYMENT TERMS
Total fee: $997 USD, paid in full at time of enrollment.
No payment plans or split payments are available for this offer.

3. REFUND POLICY
Due to the immediate delivery of coaching access, bonuses, and digital content, no refunds will be provided for any reason.

4. CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS
You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully in all calls, posts, and interactions. Harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program and community without refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials are the intellectual property of Hey Danie Jay, LLC and are for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or distribution of any course content is strictly prohibited.

6. DISCLAIMER
This program is educational in nature and does not guarantee income or business results. You are responsible for your own implementation and outcomes.

7. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to revoke access to the program or community for breach of these terms or disruptive conduct, without refund.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Henderson, Nevada.

By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
